This is a mid-1980s detached bungalow. It has rainwater harvesting, a solar thermal system, solar photovoltaic system (1.85kW), and a positive pressure ventilation system with heat recovery.

Originally bungalow had a gas back boiler but this has been replaced with a gas condensing boiler.

The owner has added solar thermal system himself which uses solar tubes. Solar photovoltaic system was installed in 2011 when FITs came in, and to reduce issues with shading has individual inverters on each panel.

Owner has also installed a rainwater harvesting system that feeds the toilet.
